While it is impossible to say what training and experience others may bring to their practices or classrooms, DJ Lynch posesses the training, education and experience to assure a high level of competency as an NGH Board Certified Consulting Hypnotist/Hypnotherapist and NGH Certified Instructor.

Since mid-1999, DJ Lynch has owned and operated Little Rock Hypnotherapy, now Little Rock Hypnosis, providing comprehensive and down-to-earth hypnosis services for thousands of Arkansans. Since initial Certification and beginning her full time practice in 1999, DJ Lynch has continued her professional development to upgrade skills and knowledge. In 2003, DJ became a Certified NGH Instructor and was awarded licensure from the AR State Board of Private Career Education to teach the NGH Hypnosis Certification Course in Arkansas. In 2004, DJ Lynch became an NGH Board Certified Hypnotist/Hypnotherapist, or BCH.  Today, the NGH uses a new credential, or title, to reflect more accurately the function of a professional hypnotist or hypnotherapist ... and that title is "Consulting Hypnotist".  Now beginning her tenth year in full time practice in the Little Rock, it has been DJ's pleasure to assist her clients in using hypnosis to enhance, eliminate, overcome, and develop; easily achieving the goals they set for themselves.

With a broad range of medical and management experience since the late 1960's, DJ Lynch has working experience in hospital Lab, Radiology, EKG, and as a Respiratory Therapist. The Baptist Medical System and their subsidiary company, Service Professionals, brought DJ to Arkansas in 1987, having just resigned from the Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children in Shreveport, Louisiana. Working as a contract Department Director, first at Conway Regional Hospital, then Baptist Memorial Medical Center in North Little Rock, she was later promoted to Director of (Employee) Training and Development within a large department in the (then) Baptist Medical Center. (It is now Baptist Health.)  DJ Lynch wrote policies and procedures, developed performance-based job descriptions for multiple departments, created inservice training programs for JCAHO Joint Commission for Accreditation of Hospitals compliance standards, and designed and implemented department-specific training programs and video training films for managers, supervisors, and front-line staff throughout the medical center.

With over thirty years of medical, professional, and management experience, largely in hospital environments, DJ Lynch believes her conviction to help individuals achieve their goals .... is a result of her own desire to train her clients to understand how beneficial hypnosis works; truthfully, honestly and realistically .... so that each person may then achieve and accomplish the goals they set for themselves .... easily and without conscious effort. DJ is an advocate of hypnosis and has enjoyed many personal successes from her own sessions.  As such, DJ is uniquely able to connect with most clients' struggles.

In 2003, DJ Lynch founded and chartered the Arkansas Chapter of the NGH, National Guild of Hypnotists.  Serving as President for its first formative years, her primary objective was to provide a venue for continuing education for practicing professional hypnotists.

In 2007, DJ Lynch was elected a second term as President of the Downtown BPW (Business and Professional Women) Little Rock and was recently honored as Woman of the Year for that local organization.  She is also the elected Director for BPW Region III and appointed as Individual Development Chair for the AR BPW state organization.

This year, DJ Lynch won the distinction of "Best Hypnotherapist in Central Arkansas".   2008 is the first year that the category existed in the Arkansas Democrat Gazette's annual Best of Best Readers Poll.

DJ Lynch is a Christian business owner,  mom, leader, teacher and hypnotherapist.  More importantly, DJ Lynch adheres to a strict set of standards in her hypnosis practice and career seminar school.  This sets apart the grounded and comprehensive hypnotherapy services she utilizes to assist her clients in achieving the goals they set for themselves. Her clients' many successes reflect DJ Lynch's commitment to providing, practicing and teaching the most truthful, honest, down-to-earth hypnosis available.
