Ten Reasons You Can Benefit from a Hypnosis Session!

Sometimes people tell me that they want to be "hypnotized" just to see what it feels like, but they don't think they have anything to be "hypnotized" for.
I can think of ten great reasons that everyone can benefit from a customized and comprehensive hypnosis session.
1) Healthier eating. Maybe you're burned out even hearing about the plethora of weight loss gimmicks and quick fixes that do not work. Maybe you've tried it all and are disillusioned with the whole "weight loss" ideology. Consider taking one step at a time, utilizing a customized hypnosis session that eliminates overeating or food choices that endanger health. That way you do not overwhelm yourself with "weight loss" as the immediate goal and you comfortably adjust eating and weight loss happens as a result.
2) Behavior modification. We have all been affected by the habits of those most influential in their lives? Learning by example, smoking, dipping, biting nails or clenching become coping mechanisms.
3) A winning attitude. Hypnosis is effective for changing thinking and the resulting behaviors where other interventions may not be the answer. Health, success and happiness begin with our thoughts ... we all know this.

10) Stop smoking. Really. Is there any other method that helps you quit THINKING about smoking that cigarette? Nicotine replacement systems and pharmaceutical antidepressants do not make you stop thinking about smoking.
All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. No one can MAKE another person go into hypnosis. Hypnosis allows us to use a developed ability to enter an altered state of consciousness, then upgrade the "hard drive" subconscious mind by providing new, relevant and uplifting information. The subconscious mind rules where behavior, attitude and mindsets are concerned.
If conscious desire were enough, we would all be everything we consciously desire to be. But we aren't.
